The holiday season lasted much longer than initially planned. While there was multiple delay’s on the production of our art, its almost complete. Once that is done, just a few more changes, and a few more mechanics, and we will have a first level fully completed! That mean’s we are so advancing quite nicely. Once that first level is done, we intend to spend quite some time polishing it as we get ready for next phase.
Before you ask, the next phase is raising the funds needed to finish the game. We have proven that our concept is solid, the prototype is ton’s of fun, and now we are confident it will be a success based on our first level. So now, we need to make a decision, and for that we want your feedback people! How should we proceed?
A) Release the game on the mobile stores for cheap, and let users “subscribe” to the other levels/upgrades through a in-app purchase. To fund the creation of the rest of the game, offer “pre-orders” of the other levels.
B) Run a new KickStarter since we got a solid first level, to raise the rest of the funds needed to develop the game.
C) Take a long time, but do a few hours here and there, and eventually you will have a finished game you can release on the mobile stores for a fair price.
